Splash Fest is London’s first family-friendly water filled obstacle course and it’s taking over our favourite local space, Battersea Park on Sunday 7th August.

Starting at 9am, is made up of five fun aqua challenges spread over a 2.5km trail. Obstacles include the enchanted Bubbly Brook Maze, geyser-spouting Wild Wild Waters and the slippery speed of Slip-Slide Stream. There’s also an event village – the Splash Out zone – where you can dry off, play and soak up the festival atmosphere.
After all that you are bound to have worked up an appetite and it’s just a hop, skip and a jump to either The Latchmere on Battersea Park Road or The Bolingbroke on Northcote Road. Both pubs serve the very best seasonal British food with healthy, fresh menus for kids. We also have games, colouring-in and fairy cakes to decorate. The Latchmere even has a dedicated garden area for children complete with Wendy House and ride-on toys, ensuring you can all really relax after your hard day out on the waves.
