We are passionate about great British produce and we are proud to work with some of the best small producers the British Isles has to offer. Our chicken and pork are all free-range, our beef is aged in-house, our fish is sustainably sourced from our wonderful south coast, and every pub’s menu is unique.
Drink
We take a bespoke approach to drinks too. Much of our beer comes from London’s best breweries, in fact we even have our own Three Cheers Pub Co. Summer Pale Ale. Many of the spirits we offer are hand-crafted and we make our own home-made elderflower cordial. Our wines are the best examples of their kind we can find from around the world.
