Free G&T on World Gin Day
To celebrate their fifth birthday and World Gin Day, (our favourite legitimate excuse to drink gin) The Latchmere in Battersea is hosting a pop up G&T party on Saturday 8thJune.
From 4pm – 9pm, there will be a pop up G&T al fresco bar, flower walls, a DJ spinning summer sounds andall of their 60 different types of gin (with tonic mixer) will be half price.
Better yet, at 5pm, the first 50 people will receive a free gin and tonic too. If gin is your thing, this is it. Entrance is free.
World Gin Day Summer Party
The Princess Victoria in Shepherd’s Bush is also hosting their very own World Gin Day soirée on Saturday 8thJune.
As one of the original gin palaces, dating back to 1829, and with over 100 different gins on offer, there is no better place to immerse yourself in the elixir.
From 1pm – 7pm, embrace the summer vibes and enjoy a garden party complete with al fresco BBQ, chilled out tunes and a FREE gin punch with every BBQ food order. If eating is cheating, the World Gin Day punch will be just £4. Entrance is on a first come first served basis.
World Gin Day is a global celebration of all things gin, organised by everyone’s favourite gin swigging primate: Gin Monkey.
The idea is simple: get people together all around the world with a legitimate excuse (not that the Gin Monkey needs one!) to drink some gin, whether it’s in a cocktail, G&T or neat. Let the fun beGIN!
