If you’re wondering what to do with the kids this half term to celebrate Halloween, The Rosendale in Dulwich, South London, has the answer.
From 4pm – 7pm, on Thursday, 30th October, The Rosendale is hosting their annual free pumpkin carving party.
All children will receive a free pumpkin plus all the tools they need to make their creation. They can also enjoy a witch hunt in the garden to help fire their imagination and ensure they experience a bit of fresh air. In keeping with tradition, there will also be oodles of sweet treats.
Frighteningly good food (including a cracking kids’ menu) and drinks will be on hand, making The Rosendale the perfect place for a delicious family tea.
Adults will also appreciate the brand-new Halloween cocktail on offer. Aptly named, The Corpse Reviver No. 2, is a refreshing mix of Lillet blanc, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice, served in a glass that has been rinsed with absinthe, which guarantees to revive any parent after the Half Term holidays.
Better yet, The Rosendale’sHappy Hour runs all week, Monday to Friday, from 4pm-6pm. During this time, select drinks, which include wine, beer and cocktails, are available on a 2-4-1 offer. The Corpse Reviver No. 2 is, of course, included.
Fancy dress is actively encouraged, and if anyone can’t make the party, please pop past The Rosendale on your south London Trick or Treat rounds. Complimentary sweets will be available on 31st October too.
Terms and Conditions:
- The pumpkin carving and witch hunt are completely free. There is no need to book. Pumpkins are available on a first-come come first-served basis.
