We are looking for an enthusiastic commis chef to join our kitchen team. The Bolingbroke is a well established busy, popular gastropub serving high end pub classics and Sunday roasts.
The candidates should:
- have at least 6 months experience in a busy (ideally a pub) kitchen
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
