We are looking for a full talented & passionate chef de partie/pizza chef to join our kitchen team. The Rosendale is a well established busy, popular gastropub serving high end pub classics, pizzas and Sunday roasts. You will be working partly in the pizza section and partly in the main kitchen.
The candidates should:
- have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen and pizza section
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
