What’s a pint without a pie? What’s a pie without a pint? It’s like bread without butter, your Sunday lunch without roasties, summer without ice cream. Pointless.
We know you agree, so to celebrate British Pie Week we will be giving away a FREE pie to anyone who buys one of the wonderful London brewed beers we have on tap.
From 5pm, 2nd to 6th March gift yourself a glorious session dinner ale such as Titfer, from Head in the Hat Brewery, in Herne Hill, partake in a pint of Abbeville Whit(e) from Battersea based Bellville Brewing Company or sup on one of Sambook’s craft beers, to name but a few, and then enjoy a homemade mini pie on us for free. Fillings will change daily, depending on what is fresh, but think wild boar and smoked bacon, rabbit and leek or chicken, ham shank and tarragon topped with the crumbliest soft crust or puffiest puff pastry you’ve ever had.
Pies, pints, the pub = a proper good day.
